A History of Mystery Continued….

“When we release the illusion of reality, we experience the truth of being.”

Four years ago, I published an article, “A History of Mystery.” I recommend reading this first.

Rude Awakening

In this piece, I shared a few of my personal experiences shifting into and exploring diverse dimensions.  One I am most present to in this moment happened twenty-five years ago.  Right after falling asleep, I found myself in a vast domain, standing before a massive wall of energy resembling the illumination and movement of fire.  Everything else around me was white space.  All I recall was stepping into this energy and shifting into the beyond.  Mere moments passed before I returned to my body, awakened by my girlfriend.

The Boundary of Being

Since this experience, I observe this energetic barrier to be a boundary.  In my understanding, when we cross this threshold, everything we encounter of this world remains in a vortex of what we perceive as “reality.”  All we experience beyond this boundary is the energy of the universe, and its synergy with our soul.  When we return to sensory awareness, we are unable to recall our transitory, universal experiences.  Our body and mind are incapable of comprehending multidimensionality.  Terrestrial existence is primarily instinctual and intellectual, with periodic emotions and rare epiphanies of intuition.

In the Darkness of Oblivion

27 years ago, I was in a musical group and living the party life.  One Summer afternoon, I was taking a nap, prior to a performance that evening.  After falling asleep, I found myself in a domain of utter darkness.  I was in a deep pit, and I sensed the disturbing presence of entities all around me.  As they drew closer to me, I was immobilized by negative energy.  In sheer horror, I found a focus of will power to break the vicious cycle and escape the ominous doom seeping into my soul.  Eventually, I pulled myself out of this wicked realm, gasping with terror, as the residual dark energy surged through my body.

Duppy Conqueror

For over half of my life, I have encountered these entities more times than I would choose to recall, in many diverse dimensions, environments and incarnations.  Each time, they became craftier at entrapping me.  A year ago, I had what I believed to be my final experience with them:

I found myself in the backyard of my childhood home, playing with neighborhood friends.  I suddenly shifted to the family room of the same house and heard thunderous footfalls approaching down the hallway toward me.  A dark spirit, unlike any I had confronted, held me down on the ground and proceeded to lash me with its fists.  Three entities circled me (the same ones from the pit), crawling like legless slugs.  I found my will power, and for the first time, released a powerful, vocal roar, stunning the entities into fear and annihilating them for good.  The dark spirit vanished, and I awoke empowered with the sense the entities had been defeated.

“The darkness empowers our light.”

The Shadow of Empowerment

What I experience is frightening to my core.  It disrupts my equilibrium, intensifies my emotions, scatters my thoughts, frays my instincts and occasionally leaves me physically wounded.  Yet, in all my experiences, my awareness, confidence, courage, energy, insight, prayer, strength and understanding has expanded beyond my imagination.  In reflection, I realize the experiences inspire a unique, personal empowerment.  Howsoever my instincts, thoughts or emotions interpret them, they are all universal.  The duality of social reality programs us to believe in the black and white of dark and light.  Yet, there is so much more…

Revenge of the Duppy

A few months after my experience in my childhood home, I drifted off one night and instantly shifted into another dimension of my bedroom.  I looked up to see the dark spirit that had been attacking me in my previous encounter, standing over my bed with a wicked grin of malicious intent.  Its eyes were blazing with a fiery glee.  It had a silver, white aura, and a black form like the vacuum of a starless sky.  I rose to face it, (which was the first time I recall moving in another dimension.)  As I stood, it thrust its hand into my chest.  I could feel its darkness pulsing through my being, viciously and violently seizing my energy.  My focused will power severed the dark tether and I returned to my body, gasping for life with every breath.

The Cost of Consciousness

Many may believe consciousness is an illuminating experience of empowerment, enlightenment and ecstasy, an adventure of discovery, exploration and fulfillment.  In some ways it can be, yet in most ways it is not.  My personal experiences with consciousness have been extraordinary, insightful and powerful, as well as arduous, horrific and perilous.  Beyond the energy, focus, intention, balance and expression it requires to establish and sustain awareness, there is a darkness we all must face, our own.  This is the most terrifying experience we will ever encounter.  It is the cost of our consciousness.

A Solar Return

24 years ago, I met a healer who practiced an East Indian ceremonial tradition.  She performed an ancient healing ritual on me, and I instantly shifted consciousness:

I was walking down an octangular, glass corridor surrounded by brilliant light and flaring fire.  When I focused my vision, I realized I was on the Sun.  I came to a door at the center of a solar flare and crossed its threshold into a large octagonal room.  The only illumination were fire embers moving through the grains of its wood-paneled walls.  In the center was a massive, uprooted tree, stripped of its bark, with its gleaming roots sprawling throughout the space.  There was an altar at its heart, and I was drawn to lie down upon it.  I shifted again and returned to my body on the healer’s table.  Later, I discovered this was my soul’s ritual of being born.

Our Common Experience

I feel to the roots of my soul we all have these experiences, uniquely sourced by our resonance with the universe.  Our only distinction: some of us recall them, while others are unable, or unwilling.  Our engagement in social reality inhibits our natural ability to intend and fulfill their eventuality.  Personal consciousness creates and empowers our experience.  We all have a soul existing omnidimensionally in the universe, which empowers our potential to explore beyond the boundaries of our being.  Our absolute question remains: Are we willing to release the illusion of our persona to embrace the truth of our soul?

“Conscious experience synergizes our soul with the universe.”

Beyond the Threshold

“The difference between kneeling and standing is empowerment.”

Upon Reflection

As I was writing the final paragraph of my previous article, “Written in the Stars,” I realized it may be my last.  In the years I have been publishing articles, I have rarely experienced a block, rut or a lack of inspiration.  Fortunately for me, there has always been a creative energy flow guiding my fingers.  Yet, I became present to the common, elementary level of comprehension contemporary society exhibits.  Being conscious to this dynamic was incredibly disempowering.  For fleeting moments, it challenged my passion to translate universal understanding into earthly experience.  This article is an expression of the universal empowerment sourced from breaking through the personal barriers of static perception.

The Forest for the Trees

Recently, I had a conversation with my friend Lorenzo Malowane of “The New Agora/The New Now.”  As we both shared our experiences with publishing alternative information, I observed society is mired in a pyramid-scheme paradigm.  Another friend sent me a link to a new website that had all the “usual suspects” of metaphysics and spirituality.  Chances are you have seen them. Perhaps you have even taken their online courses, read their books, “follow” them on social media, watch their YouTube videos and attempt to practice their individual interpretations of an idyllic, spiritual lifestyle.  Enlightenment that one does not discover, explore and establish for oneself is simply a cult.

Social Paradox

For as much as we do not want to be told what to do, we eventually abandon our personal power.  Whether it is the impressions passed from our parent/relative, preacher, teacher, politician, employer, spouse, friends or associates, the hypocritical paradox of artificial, social belonging consumes our creativity.  Authoritarian entities and organizations are successful at coercing us into acquiescence, simply because they have enacted this paradigm of control, of which we enable with our participation.  They give us the illusion of free will.  Yet, we are aimlessly and helplessly reliant upon the dualistic design of social reality.  We are willing to be manipulated due to our apathy, fear, lifestyle preoccupation and absence of self-trust.

The New Paradigm

In our conversation, Lorenzo asked if I had any ideas about how to shift the common paradigm of social comprehension.  In that moment, something inspired me.  A recollection came from our last New Agora/Autodidactic interview “Communicate Your Freedom,” regarding listening being the essence of communication.  Being heard, valued, and through this experience, ultimately empowered.  In my perspective, it is not about telling people what to do. We all know how effective that practice has been throughout the course of human history!  It is about empowering others to create and manifest their own unique expression of destiny.

“We all need to express our universality into being.”

The New Era

Ten years ago, during the Winter Solstice, a universal energetic shift began.  It was the completion of a twenty-six-thousand-year cycle, and the beginning of a new era.  Since then, we have all been shifting into universal experience, whether we are present to it or not!  When the “Plandemic” occurred, (yes it was planned!) it was a multifaceted, energetic distortion and diversion to prevent the ascension and progression of our personal consciousness, which would empower us to transcend the duality of social reality and become an expression of universality.  (Read this sentence again!) The fulfillment of how the new era exists in our experience is empowered by who we choose to be.

Face the Music

We are provided infinite opportunities to face our dramas, fears, inadequacies and traumas; navigate through them, glean the benefits of the experiences, and release the rest. (Which is what we need to be doing right now!) Yet, it is much more than just acknowledging, accepting and knowing their purpose.  It is all about understanding. Once we move through them with a conscious heart and a keen intuition, our challenges only persist if we remain attached to them through our instinctual, intellectual and emotional dependencies.  Sure, we can hold on to our hurt, be right and in pain and covet our suppressed agony like our forsaken innocence.  However, as present as we are to our experience is as empowered as we are to heal.

The Power of Empowerment

When we align our body, mind and heart with our intuition and soul, we are empowered by the universe.  Being centered, grounded and present to the source is an omnidimensional, energetic experience.  This is the true power of empowerment.  In every moment, we have the opportunity to relate with our universality.  Beyond the trivial happenstance of ordinary existence, an abundance of extraordinary experiences is ever evolving within the expression of our creativity.  (Be with this!) Shifting our focus of awareness from the constant imposition of social reality empowers us to embrace the universal with every conscious breath.  Choosing to be an expression of our soul transforms our experience.

Beyond the Threshold

All of us are on the threshold of our personal empowerment.  We have been shifting into the flow of universality for over a decade.  Our social perception cannot comprehend the transcendent insights of our universal being.  Understanding is the gateway to experience.  It is impossible to describe universality with words. This is a unique encounter for each person.  However, the commonality we all share is our relativity with our soul.  We all now stand upon our personal threshold, peering into the great mystery with curiosity, hope and wonder.  Beyond our fear of the unknown awaits the realization of our universal being.  Embrace and become the shift of its empowerment!

“Beyond the threshold of our humanity, we are all one with the universe.”

A Source of Creation

“Universality is the origin of our creativity.”

Sleight of Social Reality

The common reality we adopt and accept is an illusion.  It is a perceptual projection driven by our engagement and interaction.  The more we invest our focus and energy, the more we manifest it into our experience.  It is a hacked simulation to distract and preoccupy us with the trivialities of “life.”  This is the ultimate conspiracy theory, because the collective, cognitive dissonance of humanity refuses to accept the truth.  We are enslaved by social reality.

My friend Elva Thompson recently wrote an article, “You Will Own Nothing.”  She writes about how we are all programs of artificial intelligence.  Everything we are, do and achieve is an orchestrated replication. Our beliefs, instincts, thoughts and emotions are conditioned, behavioral patterns sustaining our artificiality. We sacrifice our soul upon the altar of knowledge.  Knowing this is one thing.  Understanding it is the beginning of our freedom.

Signature Watermark

Our unique creativity cannot be truly observed, experienced, expressed or made manifest within the imposed domains of education, media, occupation, politics, religion and society.  We are not taught how to transcend the design of our enslavement.  We are influenced to adopt, enable, enforce and maintain the status quo of authoritarian indoctrination.  Now more than ever, we need to stand for, empower and express our creativity and imagination.

Each of us has a unique perception of the universe, ourselves and society. The social reality in which we exist is contrary to our conscious understanding.  Creating in the wake of its currents is a common practice for artists dedicated to their personal expression.  When the tides of humanity ebb and flow with global circumstances and events, conscious beings align with the universe, establish their equilibrium, focus their expression and embody universality.

The Art of Understanding

In the previous article, “From Vision to Being,” I drew the distinction between knowing and understanding our experience.  Knowing is a declaration of our intellect.  Whereas understanding is an expression of our soul.  It is the difference between thinking our way through life and being a personification of the universe.  There are many things we will never know, at least in the ways we believe, desire or expect.  Understanding provides us the opportunity to be.

To fulfill our understanding, it is essential to establish equilibrium between the domains of our being. This empowers our ability to align ourselves with our universality.  Understanding is a multidimensional experience, requiring the balance of our body, mind and heart to relate with our soul.  When we shift the focus of our intention from knowing to understanding, an extraordinary expansion of consciousness occurs.  Understanding is the cornerstone of our awareness.

“Conscious being is creativity.”

Common Tones

All of us have unique elements of our being to express our originality.  For all the diversities that define our personality, there are vital qualities we all share.  Regardless of belief, experience, heredity, ideology, interpretation, perception, politics, race and religion, we all have a soul.  Our soul synergizes with the universe, providing us an abundance of empowerment and energy.  This is true for all of us, no matter what personal or socially induced filters we apply to our experience.

We all have an intuition which functions as an avenue through which our universality relates with the rest of our being.  Our heart center is a powerful, electromagnetic torus of energy, expressing itself beyond the acuity of our awareness.  Our mind is an app we use to interpret and apply all we are into the three-dimensional domain of human existence.  Our body is our vehicle, driven primarily by action, desire and instinct.

Creative Dynamics

Creativity is the expression of our universality.  We are not artists, simply observers, interpreters and ambassadors of universal experience.  Our soul is one with the universe.  When we are aligned and related, we discover, experience and express the source of creation.  Insight, inspiration and manifestation begins when we release our instinct, intellect and toxic emotionality to embrace the energy of universality. Our relativity with being is the expression of our creativity.

Our soul emanates universality.  Our intuition receives and transmits this energy to the centers of our being.  Our heart center is the focal point of how we synergize our multidimensionality.  When we are balanced, our intuition, heart and mind transform universal epiphanies into inspiration, sending empowerment and energy for its expression.  Whether we are conveying art or life, our creative dynamic is empowered by our consciousness.

Source of Being

In social reality, spiritual experience is commonly perceived as delusion, fantasy or imaginary.  Relativity with the universe is almost impossible to encounter; let alone create, establish and sustain.  Artificiality is the existential ego of social reality.  Fear, insecurity and self-righteousness annihilates our creative expression.  Every moment is an opportunity to align, focus, ground, center and shift our experience.  We are only as eloquent as our relativity with the universe.

All we desire, think, say or do is irrelevant in relation to who we are.  Many believe our instincts, thoughts and actions are the key elements of our existence.  However sensible this may seem; it is furthest from the truth.  Our vision, observation, focus, experience, expression and being is the omnidimensional progression of how to shift and transform social reality.  We fulfill our universality when we manifest the unique expression of our being.

“Universality is the source of our creation.”

“Universality” The Soul of Spirituality

“We are not as spiritual as we “believe.””

The Invisible All:

We are conditioned with an institutionalized interpretation of the universe.  To the indoctrinated, more than 99% of what exists in the universe does not.  Social reality averts our focus to the less than 1%, preoccupying us with the material and trivial affairs of duality.  Science has hypothesized itself into an academic coma concerning our relativity with the universe.  As most scientific fields employ instinct and intellect for analysis, examination and conclusion, this approach fosters ignorance in our quest to experience universal mystery.  All which does not fit into the proverbial box of knowledge is ultimately denounced and debated into irrelevance and nonexistence.  Human nature is to debunk rather than be.  Even the most “intelligent” people front arrogance in the face of enlightenment.

Against the Grain:

The universe is the essence of our existence.  Given our society discredits and ridicules all unseen and unheard as fantasy and fiction, it is almost impossible for us to nurture an awareness of and relativity with the universe.  Its fundamental nature is energy, the essential element of our daily experience.  Everything begins with an energetic resonance.  However, many of us instinctively expend all the vitality we receive without a conscious practice of regeneration and sustenance.  Our longevity eventually wanes as we mature into adulthood.  Every aspect of our physical and mental existence eventually becomes antiquated.  For most, aging is a vicious cycle of energetic oblivion.  Empowerment is the presence of universal energy in our experience.  This manifests in who we are being.

The Frequency of Flow:

We all emit an energetic signature.  Its frequency is a synthesis of our awareness, creativity and purpose.  When we align our centers, our energy resonance elevates and synergizes with the universe.  This relativity is always transforming, established by our equilibrium, environment and expression of being.  It is a multidimensional experience involving frequent shifts in our focus, consciousness and intention.  Often, we fail to preserve this balance to enrich our relativity with the universal stream.  Social reality further complicates our ability to connect and relate with the flow against the gravity of three-dimensional existence.  At any moment, we all have the potential to receive an abundance of energy.  Our energetic oblivion and recklessness inhibit our universal enlightenment and empowerment.

All We Are:

We are souls.  At birth, we experience a schism in our being further amplified by the social reality we endure.  Our societal conditions are unfavorable in sustaining a fulfilling environment in which our souls can thrive.  Eventually, we become distant relatives to our spirit, diminishing our intuitive potential by repressing our emotionality and taking residence in our mind and body.  We are multidimensional beings personifying creativity, possibility and relativity beyond the periphery of our human experience.  Our soul expresses its universality through our intuition into our energy centers.  Our heart emanates a massive electromagnetic field which expands through us and into our environment.  We are universal energy expressing our soul into a holographic reality.

“Being is the manifestation of our soul.”

Soul Purpose:

Our soul is one with the universe.  This union sources our universality.  The only exclusions that exist are ones we allow or enable with an imbalance of our instincts, thoughts, feelings and intuition.  The body, mind and heart are all vital facets of our being.  However, they are not who we are.  They are mere tools birth provides us to experience life on earth.  Our intuition is the pathway through which our soul empowers our existence.  Our heart center receives, transforms and emanates universal energy. For us to receive, transpose and express it, we must cultivate equilibrium between the dimensions of our being.  Our purpose is establishing and sustaining this essential balance to manifest universality into reality.  By frequently transforming, we become an expression of the universe.

Existential Enigma:

By nature, our everyday existence conflicts with our soul’s purpose.  Our experience in social reality is the ultimate irony, as it is the antithesis of universality.  As human beings, we are incapable of preserving the essential balance to be an expression of the universe.  All the energy we invest in our individual experience is primarily siphoned into a static, two-dimensional perception within a three-dimensional, virtual reality.  Our daily practice to relate with and embody universality is vital to align with the energy and expression of our soul.  We will never fully comprehend the multiplicity of our universal experience against the grain of terrestrial existence.  This is the existential enigma of spirituality.  However, our commitment to our soul and heart center with our prayer invokes universality.

The Path of Prayer:

Beyond the social stigma prayer may receive when associated with religion, it is not just a recitation of ritualistic words and phrases. It is the nature of our intention which conveys its power.  The greatest manifestation of our being is our relativity with and expression of the universe.  When we send our prayer, it is a call for relation with all.  A universal stream of consciousness we align with to empower our awareness, focus, and energy.  Yet, it is not just its expression, it is how we hold our prayer in our daily experiences.  Occasionally, we become it, and in so being, it transforms us, our experience and our environment.  Prayer empowers our being.  It is the pathway which connects us with creation and kindles the relatedness between our soul and the universe.

The Medicine of Mystery:

Healing is the primary focus of any spiritual path.  We cannot seek to hold a space for people to have their experience when we are overcome with our personal histories of drama, trauma and woundedness.  When we attempt to quantify universality so our mind can understand, we diminish our energy and experience.  Our spiritual encounters are multidimensional.  Their vision and insight happen in the moments they are meant.  When we force their manifestation, we will never receive their optimal benefit.  The preservation of the mystery present in our experiences is the medicine.  Holding a space for the universe to exist in our reality empowers us to transcend the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary.  This is our purpose.  It is who we are.

The Soul of Spirituality:

There is a space within us beyond time and place and all we believe we know.  It is who we are before we are born.  In essence, we are universal energy resonating beyond imagination.  Our creative expression brings us closest to acknowledging, embracing and becoming universality.  Merely living as a human being only segregates us from our soul’s expression.  There is an energetic frequency present in every moment of our experience.  Every breath brings an opportunity for us to balance our being and align with the flow of the universe.  It empowers, inspires and transforms who we are as a sacred space of being.  The soul of spirituality is enlightening our instincts, intellect, emotions and intuition to embody our essence and be an expression of the universe.

Solstice Shift:

Since before the Winter Solstice 2020, a remarkable energetic shift has been occurring in the universe.  Being unified with its flow amidst the chaos, conflict and intensity of social reality is our collective purpose.  It is an opportunity to establish our equilibrium, align with our soul and express universality.  This shift is available to all who choose to resonate with the universe.  We are being empowered beyond the boundaries of ordinary existence to embrace evolution, transformation and transcendence.  As we progress toward this Winter Solstice, all the feelings, thoughts, behaviors and realities no longer beneficial to us and others are emerging to be released.  Freedom is letting go of everything.  This is the essential distinction between pursuing “artificial power” and “being” empowered. It is our destiny to transform social reality with universality.

“Universality is the energy of being.”

The Center of All

“At the center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit.

And that center is everywhere.

It is within each of us.”

– Black Elk

Societal Drift:

Where we are trending in society is evident.  We are preoccupied with self-centered beliefs, desires, interpretations, perceptions and realities, as we are in their defense.  Most of us enable our daily deprivation by acquiescing our personal power to a legion of social stimuli.  Our instincts, thoughts and behaviors are indicative of our constant, collective conditioning.  Society is an omnipresent undercurrent, diminishing and distorting our common sense, equilibrium, rationale and humanity.  The disparity between our soul and heart in relation to our mind and body is beyond measure. This rift exists between the threshold of our reality and universality, condemning us to a life sentence of obsolescence and oblivion.

Shades of Grey:

We are captive to the matrix of our mind.  Though we do not acknowledge or observe it, we deny and defend ourselves from this truth.  Our neurological pathways are a maze of information, knowledge and thought, imposing logic on our being as a virus spreads infection.  The smoke and mirrors of mentality obscure our perception and understanding.  Instinct and intellect are vulnerable to deception and distortion in a social reality designed for the mind.  However, the more we invest our personal power in thoughts and actions, the less likely we enlighten our emotional and intuitive awareness and expression to relate with our soul and the universe.

Spiritual Compass:

True north is charted a few degrees from its given direction.  This variance is symbolic of the personal destiny we may choose on our unique path.  It is our way of becoming who we are meant to be.  Unfortunately, most concede this opportunity, dismissing it as fantasy, pastime or even egotistical.  The choice to experience and express our truth is ever present and universal.  It can be said faith is frivolous.  Like the mind, it has its place at certain moments.  Yet, not as a habitual practice of dependence to sacrifice our personal power upon the altar of theology.  Our experience is more profound than our interpretation or perception.  Extraordinary events will never be understood with ordinary vision.

University of Reality:

All of us enroll and engage in the authoritarian institutions of society.  They are inevitable.  Social reality encompasses, influences and permeates us in more ways than we can imagine.  As universal beings existing in a three-dimensional paradigm, adopting a two-dimensional experience, we submit ourselves to societal slavery.  We are offered many forms of social oppression to which we eagerly adopt and apply. All under the guise of personal “freedom” and “individuality,” imposing artificial belonging within a devious, hierarchical system to coerce all life.  Once we allow ourselves to be indoctrinated and integrated into enslavement, we feign our freedom in vain, giving the false impression we are awakened.

“Conscious breath is our choice to be in the center of our experience.”

East of Eden:

Where we direct our attention is where we focus our energy.  Being conscious to this universal truth is essential in observing and shifting our experience.  We are conditioned to be spectators in life.  Our dependence on external opinion is the primary form of conceding our personal power.  Deep down, many of us deny, diminish and resist our exceptionality.  We do not acknowledge, apply or understand it.  If our personal power is akin to a flashlight at night, many of us would rather stumble around in the darkness to avoid being accountable for who we are as universal beings.  When we deviate from our original vision, even by an inch, we end up arriving at our destination lightyears from our destiny.

Eye in the Storm:

Society will always be a cacophony of amusement, chaos, distraction, ego, manipulation, politics and violence.  These are the prominent traits of humanity.  Social storms rage around and within us.  We allow our inner experience to be defined and impacted by external circumstances. Who we are is often established by the people and circumstances influencing us through our energetic reactions to them. Chaos within begets chaos without.  It is our calling as multidimensional beings to transform our personal anarchy, enabled by our carnal instincts, thoughts and feelings.  We behold and occupy the center of our experience when we transcend the psychosis of self.

The Source of the Soul:

There is a center in each of us, yet it is not exclusive to the body, mind or heart.  We are multidimensional beings of energy, expanding and evolving in a sacred dance with the universe.  When we establish equilibrium between our body, mind, heart and intuition, we synergize with our soul.  We become one with all, empowered by our vision, focus, intention, purpose, expression and the manifestations we embody.  Our balance is ever fluctuating, compromised by the constant, violent contest of social reality.  We are authors of our universal potentiality, able to observe, adapt, shift and transform any energy, environment and experience.  Being this empowers our soul with the source.

The Center:

There are infinite centers in the universe, yet only one for which we are destined.  Being in the center of our experience is our true calling.  Yet, our connection and relation with it is always leaving us.  No matter how intent we are in sustaining our equilibrium to empower our universal relativity, we will always be losing it until we depart this earth.  Realizing the fulfillment of our experience amidst the chaos of social reality is our essential purpose.  When we are focused, grounded, centered, balanced and aligned with the universe, we become its expression.  Being in the center of our experience empowers us to transform social greed into universal need.

“Our center is the compass of our soul.”

A Cure for Wellbeing

“Illness is the opportunity to heal.”

Tattered and Torn:

The parade of events over the last year have rendered us wounded upon society’s battlefield.  For all of us, it is merely the measure to which we have allowed its impression to influence us.  Our adrenals, instincts and nerves have been frayed under the gravity of all that has happened.  Though we justifiably can claim victim to most of what has, is and may occur, it exists only in the way we choose to perceive.  Understanding no generation of humanity has ever experienced such a degree of anarchy, delusion, mania and upheaval is just the tip of the iceberg.  Our willingness to heal is most vital during these times to see who we have all become amid these great adversities and challenges.

For Better or Worse:

Our commitment to ourselves and each other has been well-defined.  Unless of course it is not observed and honored.  As human beings, we are all related.  Not just by blood, also by instinct, intellect, emotion and soul.  These qualities run much deeper than lineage and are infinite and eternal.  However, we are desensitized to the vulnerabilities of our nature, thought, feeling and intuition to appease our fears, insecurities and self-righteousness.  Our virtues become our weaknesses and our iniquities are weaponized as our strengths.  More often than we acknowledge, our ego disrupts our relationships with ourselves and each other.  Our personal oblivion is the destroyer of possibility.

Social Venom:

Human society and social reality are a virus.  There is no easy or polite way around this stark truth we have enabled with our arrogant agendas, insatiable desires, unconscious fears and selfish intentions.  Disease has become our common nature.  Its toxicity is within and around us.  It festers in the air we breathe, the food and water we consume, the thoughts we entertain and the feelings we harbor.  We are both the virus and the cure, though our focus is often on the former.  Therefore, we enable our ego to highjack all facets of our being, projecting darkness into our lives and society.  We have been deceived into believing this is our true power.  When we seek to know why there is so much disease, the answer is glaring back at us in the mirror.

For What it’s Worth:

Most of us are more focused on our finances than our health.  This is the primary reason why this virus has had such a widespread impact.  Where we place value illustrates what we embody.  Our way of life is apparent when we are eagerly willing to wager its quality for fleeting prominence and wealth.  It is the dangling carrot leading us away from universal being.  Our health is at the heart and soul of our existence.  Our experience of it is the essential distinction between surviving and thriving.  Social negligence toward well-being is an epidemic few choose to acknowledge let alone transform.  Empowering and nurturing our health creates the opportunity to observe the nature of our dis-ease to discover and manifest its cure.

“Healing is an everyday need that must be as aggressive as our greed.”

The First Medicine:

The moment we are born, our breath is our first declaration.  It is the cornerstone of our survival and environment.  We are mostly oblivious to our breath.  Our focus is always drifting from its conscious expression.  When we breathe, we inhale the essence of existence and exhale all the impurities our lungs filter.  How present we are to our breath is as present we are to our life.  This may seem rudimentary, yet in the moment-to-moment experience, it is the most challenging practice to achieve.  Conscious breathing is instant transformation.  It is available to us anytime we choose.  The deeper our breath the greater our relationship with our heart, soul, the universe and each other.

The Second Medicine:

More than 90% of our body and 70% of the earth is water.  60% of the water in our body is contained in our cells.  It is the most powerful and destructive natural force sustaining all life on the planet.  Water is the manifestation of spirit, essential to our existence.  Every time we drink, it cleanses the toxins from our body. There is no element as entirely purifying. It is a transmitter and receiver, adapting to any foreign elements introduced and responsive to the nature of their toxic intention.  Drinking two to three liters of water everyday provides a physiological regeneration of our cells, organs, muscles and blood.  It is transformation in action, conducting electromagnetic energy to empower our being.

The Third Medicine:

Soulfire is a term commonly associated with the metaphysical.  A force of energy transposed by our spirit to resonate through the seven centers of our being.  When these are in alignment, infinite and eternal energy flows through us.  A multidimensional torus of life force empowers and sustains our existence.  However, our soul is not its origin.  The universe is a vast, teaming stellar ocean of energy ever present and ever expressive.  Its destined nature is to source life.  All we are, become and need is provided to us at any moment of our experience.  When we focus and nurture our intent on synergizing energetically with the universe, any condition or illness can be transformed into health.

The Fourth Medicine:

The earth is laden with an abundance of elemental, herbal remedies to promote heath and heal all human ailments.  Trees offer a stable supply of oxygen.  Plants and roots treat diseases, infections and viruses.  The earth produces a powerful geomagnetic energy radiating from its interior.  Its terrestrial life force interacts with the electromagnetic energy emanating from our heart center.  Our soul conducts universal energy through our intuition into the seven centers of our being.  When we align and attune our chakras to the universe and the earth’s field, its energy sources us with creativity, insight, healing and vitality.  Our most essential life practice is grounding ourselves with the earth to receive the greatest benefit of this energy.

Being of Balance:

Our equilibrium is the balance and synergy of our multidimensionality.  This symmetry is as important as our relationship with the universe, ourselves and the earth.  It is our opportunity to observe, empower, enrich and establish our ever-shifting balance at any moment in any experience.  We are beings of nature, akin to its environmental design.  Our innate expression is to fulfill an optimal existence.  Society is contrarian, conditioned to be self-centric.  The earth is an expression of altruism, existing in sacred alchemy for this sole purpose.  We all have a natural ability to identify our dis-eases, modify our lifestyle and transform our being.  Balancing our being is the universal expression of our cure.

“Being is the medicine of the universe.”

The Time Has Come

“Wake from reality.
Wake from your dream.
Wake from the fear,
that is tearing at the seams
of the world.”

Disturbance in the Force:
Society is inverted and perverted. From its inception, it has always been several degrees south of humane. Whether it is our collective display of animosity, cruelty, inequality or injustice, our social disorders have always endured. The most damning evidence of these imbalances is how we have allowed our entitlement and selfishness to become commonly acceptable standards. Possibility fades when we wager our humanity for the sole pursuit of survival. As difficult as it may be to acknowledge and claim our arrogance and desire is as essential we transform them into humility and generosity.

The Forest for the Trees:
We can no longer evade or escape the social reality built around us to benefit the few at the cost of the many. As tolerable as we have reluctantly chosen to make realism routine, we are now confronted with the severity of our personal evasion to settle for less than our unique destiny. Our indifference, resistance and procrastination have effectively inhibited our awakening, becoming and evolution. It begins by distinguishing ourselves and our experience from the reality occurring around us. Nothing is as it seems. Based on current events, the truth of this statement has never been more evident nor relevant.

Global Currency:
Money does not make the world go round. There is something far more evocative and influential. Fear moves the masses of civilization. Whatever the medium employed to execute the current agendas of business, entertainment, politics and religion, nothing is more precisely efficient than fear. Its most successful expression is terror, in all forms. Especially now. The undercurrents of anxiety, dread and panic are enormous energetic waves crashing upon an acquiescent and vulnerable society. We are all being shellshocked to the core of our being by an instinctual, intellectual, emotional and spiritual assault.

The Pulse of Dis-Ease:
Humanity is ill. The contemporary pandemic reflects the state of our health and welfare. Regardless of the aim, circumstance or status of what is happening, the condition of our immunity is the pulse of how we can navigate through most if not all health and environmental challenges confronting us. The accelerated and elevated nature of toxicity both within and without requires our focus, intention and practice to shift our experience. Our choice to exercise proactive awareness, prevention and wellbeing are essential ways to empower our healing and transformation.

Psychological Warfare:
Intellectual reality is a playground for control, competition and manipulation. All the world is a game for amusement, high stakes and low yields. Society is steeped in two-dimensionality; good and bad, dark and light, left and right, up and down and in and out. No matter how smart we believe we are, when we choose to mentally engage, we are trapped in a paradigm of duality. When we allow ourselves to become distracted by thought, we are easy prey for the corporate, political and religious masters of deception. We are the ones who enable their influence with the focus of our energy. Investing in the illusions of reality takes us away from our truth.

“Every moment is an opportunity to transform our experience.”

The Heart of the Matter:
We all have an electromagnetic sphere of energy emanating from our heart center into our environment. Whether we are conscious of it or not, it empowers our mind and nurtures our body. When we are present to this energetic field, the multiple dimensions of our being align with the universe and the earth in a powerful harmonic frequency. Our intuition relates with our soul and the universe. It is as a bolt of lightning, beaming from the source of life, through our chakra centers to the core of the earth. This energy inspires our creativity, sustains our existence and expresses our universality.

Source of the Soul:
Our microcosmic senses inhibit our ability to perceive and experience our macrocosmic being. We are more than the sum of our elements. In any moment we are all and nothing. Being nothing grants us the opportunity to be everything and vice versa. Our soul is the source of our transformation. Universal focus, intent and purpose empowers our experience. The eternal energy of our spirit exists exclusively in the present. We are given infinite opportunities every moment of every day to become an embodiment of our soul. It is our birthright to be an ambassador of the universe.

True Calling:
The power to express our soul is ever present. As our purpose is always offering its originality, our unique destiny thrives in moments of possibility. From time to time we have epiphanies to remind us of our universal legacy. Most often we abandon our personal genius for innate obligations to social reality. Our fear of the unknown prevents us from claiming and becoming our calling. Now more than ever expressing and manifesting our purpose is essential to our present and future. It is no longer an option. Becoming who we are meant to be is a necessity for the benefit of all.

The Quickening:
Reality is in an extreme flux of conception, destruction and manipulation. There is an acceleration of experience, time and space that confounds imagination, perception and understanding. The fundamental dynamics of society have been exploited ad infinitum. Every day, multiple domains of social existence are being written and rewritten at the desire of its authors. Humanity finds itself at the mercy of one of its greatest fears, an unknown fate. An uprising of awareness is building momentum as it empowers a generation of awakened warriors. The only way forward is together. The time we have all been waiting for has come.

The Time Is Here!
Time to let go of our fear.
Time to let go of the past.
Time to let go of our control.
Time to let go of our attachments.
Time to let go of our social submission.
Time to come out of the darkness of our anxiety
and into the light of our truth.

Time for all beings to move forward into the embrace of destiny.
Time to create our present. Time to empower our future.
Time to become all we choose to imagine.
Time to claim our power.
Time to find our voice.
The time is here.
The time is now!

The Soul of Sound

“Only in silence is sound truly experienced.”

Silent Storm:
We live in a multi-dimensional universe of all possibility. We are powerful beings existing in various realities experiencing life beyond imagination. Our intuition, feelings, thoughts and actions are as much of an expression of our creativity as our inspiration. In all things, there is stillness before vision, intention, purpose and manifestation. The calm before the storm. Silence is the birthplace of all sound. It is the language of creation. The greatest music brought into this world contains rests and pauses to express its presence. One illustrative of breath, the vital sign of life.

Movement to Movement:
In my early twenties I fell in love with Classical Music. The melodies, harmonies, dynamics, frequencies, motions, scales and resonances are second only to those in nature. What mystified me most is the stillness written into the pieces. There is so much power in silence, often rivaling its relative sound. As a musical composer and performer, it occurred to me all music and sound emanates from silence. Before notes are made manifest by the synergy between the universe and the author, they exist beyond our conception and imagination.

TSOS VI

Song of the Stars:
The Universe is composed of inaudible frequencies that resonate through the cosmos, all existing within the spaces between what we observe as physical reality. Sound in all its forms rarely if ever moves through inanimate objects due to their dense composition. However, it travels through living beings via drums, music, singing, thunder, waves and the wind. Since we are comprised of universal elements and potentialities, these frequencies flow and resonate through us inspiring our creativity. The very act of singing or playing an instrument allows us to step into the stream of consciousness.

Sonic Epiphany:
Thirty years ago I began writing music. In my opinion, we don’t compose it; we expose ourselves to an experience beyond comprehension. We express as much of the universe as humanly possible based on our vision, intention and passion.  We transform this energy with our self-expression. This is creativity. Bringing cosmic energy into three-dimensional reality. As artists, we stand on the threshold between worlds purely as interpreters of imagination and inspiration. Being creative is an empowering, progressive and transformational relationship with the universe.

Authentic Frequency:
All sound exists within vibrational signatures. Some quickening into higher pitches while others reduce into lower resonances. We experience a narrow range of frequencies with our ears. However, we feel many higher and lower tones existing outside of our earthly sensibilities. Each of us vibrate on a unique frequency. Our heart is the electromagnetic core of our being. It connects our body and mind with our intuition, soul and the source. Our chosen way of being defines how we resonate. When we express ourselves with authenticity, creativity, integrity and purpose, we are in harmony with the melody of the universe.

“Silence is the soul of sound.”

Tone of Transformation:
My initial experience with music was one of oblivion. In my late teens and early twenties, I rarely heard or felt the soul of sound due to my addictions to life altering substances. As I emerged from the shadows of adolescence, I experienced the silence beyond the sound. This personal discovery shifted my consciousness, imagination and understanding. My creative purpose transformed from ego projection to soul expression. When I listen to or perform music, I hear over and under tones within each note. Something powerfully profound is beyond the sound.

TSOS IV

Tuning In:
There is a solfeggio frequency for each of the seven energy centers of our being. This relates with the seven primary notes in the musical scale. There is a hertz resonance for these tones corresponding to a specific healing purpose. If there is dissonance in one of our chakras, energetic distortions occur causing others to be out of resonance. When this happens, we lose our synergy with our soul. Simply listening to these frequencies heals and synchronizes the centers of our being. When aligned, they empower our intuition to interact with our soul and the universe.

Harmonic Progression:
Each of us emanates a polyrhythmic energetic signature. Our body, mind, heart and soul all express a unique frequency. When these four dimensions of our being synergize, it empowers our evolution. This is our universality. The soundtrack of our life experience. We are a symphony of possibilities all existing in concert like an orchestra’s chaos before its creation. How we manifest it is composed by who we are being. When we focus and ground our being, we create our experience. Living in harmony with the universe is an opportunity to embrace our vision, perform our intention and become our purpose.

TSOS III

Rhythm of Resonance:
For almost three decades, I have had powerful personal experiences. (Ref: “A History of Mystery.) At first, they were frightening due to their mysterious nature. I eventually realized they are energetically evolutionary. The electromagnetic radiance of my heart center resonates with my soul and the universe. It flows through me in residual, reverberating currents long after the experiences subside. The energy is transformed into harmonic frequencies that resonate with my polyrhythmic signature, transposing universality into music. This energy sources my expression.

Amplification of Awareness:
After years of bringing creativity into reality, it became clear to me music is more than entertainment or the soundtrack of life. When we sing and play an instrument, something happens beyond our ability to experience. There is an element of healing woven into our expression. The alchemy of the frequencies sustains the balance between our body, mind, heart and soul. This cultivates the electromagnetic energy in our heart center, the gateway between our being and the universe. This equanimity is the empowerment of our consciousness. It is how the universe sources and sustains our being to become its expression.

“Music is the sound of our soul.”
